Dynes Insights · Costing Intelligence Suite

Three modules.
One cost lifecycle.

From pursuit to delivery — AI-assisted costing and decision support at every stage.

The cost picture of a contract runs from the first bid investment decision through to the final day of delivery. The Costing Intelligence Suite maps that full arc across three connected modules, each designed to challenge assumptions, surface risks, and support better decisions at the point they need to be made.

Each module works on your data. Module 2 feeds Module 3 through a structured handover. Outputs are designed to inform your judgement, not replace it.

The Suite

Three modules.
One structured workflow.

Module 01
Pursuit Costing and Bid Investment
Evaluate the opportunity

Before mobilisation planning begins, understand whether the bid is worth the investment. This module works through opportunity context, rate and role setup, sunk and opportunity costs, and a strategic challenge framework. Output is a bid investment analysis — a structured rationale for pursuing or declining, with confidence ratings and an AI challenge of your position.

Module 02
Mobilisation Costing
Plan the transition

From contract award to go-live, this module maps the costs and risks of mobilisation. Work breakdown, staffing and TUPE, procurement and partner requirements, and scenario comparison sit alongside an AI challenge analysis that interrogates your cost assumptions before they become commitments. Output includes a mobilisation cost baseline, a decision dashboard, and a structured handover to Module 3.

Module 03
Delivery and Lifecycle Costing
Track the delivery

Once the contract is live, this module tracks cost performance against the mobilisation baseline. Actuals entry, variance analysis by workstream and role tier, TUPE obligation tracking, and operational change management sit alongside an AI analysis of delivery position. Exports include a workbook, a report, and a structured data handover.
